A 25-year veteran on both the agency and client sides, Warren Chaumont has led strategic planning, brand marketing, public relations and business development functions for a varied consumer lifestyle and real estate developer clientele. Specializing in high-profile shopping and mixed-use centers, Mr. Chaumont has worked with some of the nation’s most prestigious, trend-setting real estate developers including The Irvine Company, General Growth Properties, The Hahn Company, Corporate Property Investors and Brookfield Development. He has been the on-site director of marketing and public relations as well as the official spokesperson for 13 malls in major markets from Los Angeles to Atlanta. He has also worked closely with public relations firms ranging from independent PR professionals to nationally-known Hill & Knowlton.

Having presented marketing strategies for leading retail organizations such as Shop America and the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mr. Chaumont has created promotions with leading companies and publications including American Express, Cox Enterprises, Seventeen, Marie Claire and Mirabella. His public relations efforts have earned him placement on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and in USA Today, LA Times, Orange County Register and The Globe, to name a few.

Mr. Chaumont enjoyed a 10-year run in management positions at two Atlanta-based agencies. He headed consulting and account service teams for consumer lifestyle products, automotive and real estate and developed project work for CNN.

Currently, Mr. Chaumont works with a cadre of Southern California-based clients such as Irvine Spectrum Center, Sharp HealthCare, and VSE, a marketing and public relations firm servicing Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, L’Oreal, National Eye Institute and the County of San Diego. Mr. Chaumont holds a Communications Studies degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
